Our sputtering targets enable the precise application of thin layers on substrates. Through ion and laser bombardment, particles are released from the target material and transferred to the substrate to create high-quality superconducting coatings.

  • Versatile size options: We offer targets in diameters from 4 to 200 mm so you can find the perfect size for your application
  • Customized shapes: Choose from a variety of shapes, including rods, discs, rectangular plates, rings, and hollow cylinders, for maximum flexibility in your production
  • Precise finishing: Our targets are finished to an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm to ensure the highest precision and quality
  • Advanced processing: We use multi-step sintering, oxygenation and surface impregnation processes to optimize the performance and longevity of our targets

Our sputtering targets are made from thermally compacted powders. They contain variable rare earths and refined materials such as yttria-barium-copper-oxides (Y123). These powders are processed into high-density forms such as plates, cylinders and rings by isostatic pressing and sintering at 950°C.

They are suitable for use in the production of, for example:
